The only information I have is for my dad's father (the Hucko,
coincidentally). The problem is that I've seen the town (?) spelled as
Osiek and Oczek. Several years ago I had access to a very detailed
listing of all Polish municipalities. I could find no examples of Oczek, but
there were dozens of listings for Osiek (it may have been the other way
around). That was the moment that turned me off from pursuing this any
further.
